Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how HealthTrajectory ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit healthtrajectory.ai, join the early-access list, or contact us (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Early-access list: your name, your email address and, if you choose, your phone type (iPhone or Android).
- Messages: your name, email address and the content of anything you send to support@healthtrajectory.ai.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of each request. Our network and hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps this in ordinary logs to run and secure the Service.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, created when you submit the sign-up form and used only to limit spam and repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address in our sign-up list.
- Fonts: the pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads, under Google's own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We do not collect health information through this website. If we launch a mobile app that collects health or wellness data, we will publish a separate notice and ask for your consent before collecting it.
2. How we use information
- To add you to the early-access list and tell you about our launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to us.
- To reply to your messages.
- To secure the Service, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights and the safety of others.
Where the law of your region requires a legal basis (for example, the EU and UK GDPR), we rely on your consent (the early-access list and launch emails), our legitimate interests (security and preventing abuse) and legal obligation.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Service, under confidentiality obligations: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores the early-access list in its database, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces.
- Legal and safety recipients where we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process or to protect rights, safety or the security of the Service.
- A successor if we merge with, or transfer the Service to, another organization. We will honor this Policy or tell you of any material change.
We do not use a third-party form or email-marketing service to hold the early-access list. It is stored in our own Cloudflare account.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of today.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Early-access list entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe, or until we no longer need the list. Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our records. Server logs are kept by our provider for a limited period for security.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our database. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states with privacy laws, the EU, the UK), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither); and
- not be treated unfairly for using these rights.
To use a right, email support@healthtrajectory.ai from the address you gave us. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by law (generally 30 to 45 days). If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may also contact your local data protection authority or state attorney general.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children, and you must be at least 16 years old to join the early-access list. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
We operate from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Third-party links
The Service links to other websites, such as X (@TrajectoryScore). We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the current version and replaces all earlier versions from the date it is posted. If the law requires us to notify you of a change, we will email the address you gave us. Where the law does not require notice, we may simply post the update here, and your continued use of the Service means you accept it. Please check this page periodically.
